"On Tuesday, the 1st of April, I had the opportunity to see the popular '90s musical Cruel Intentions.

I can honestly say this musical completely exceeded my expectations.

Cruel Intentions is inspired by the popular '90s movie and features hit songs from Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, and many more. The story follows step-siblings Sebastian Valmont and Kathryn Merteuil, who make a bet that leads to a remarkable romance and an unpredictable ending.

The cast is absolutely amazing. Since it’s a musical with existing songs, I believe it’s even more challenging because everyone knows them, but this was sensational! Will Callan, who played Marius in Les Misérables, is absolutely incredible. So is the rest of the cast! Everyone brings their own touch to the show, and that’s what makes it such a fantastic musical.

My favorite part of the show? Nic Myers, who plays Kathryn Merteuil, blew me away with her incredible vocals and incredible performance, especially during the medley 'Kathryn’s Turn.'"
